Body Fuel - food for sport

Hii to all D'excellence members... last night before i sleep i read one megazine.. the matter right now is not about that megazine but what i found into that megazine...simple sentence but deep meanings...^ U Are What U Eat ^ as u all know our tradition food is ever delicious and all people around the world knowing and like very much such as nasi lemak , roti canai , kuih muih , roti jala , rendang and so many thing other . The question is what i want discuss with u all ' Is That Possible What we Eat Effect our live style' such as like our hot topic right now... maybe our football team can't perform well becouse they do not care about what they eat we know so many question about food n sport relation.never-ending debate over sports nutrition and supplements in the our roution , it's easy to forget that no amount of expensive pills and in our regular diet. Serious athletes need to pay close attention to basic sports nutrition, making sure their daily diet meets the demands of their chosen sport. But what is the appropriate diet for a sports competitor, given their high volume of training and competition? Which food types should you be eating, and in what amounts? Because its so difficult to know and describe, unbiased advice about such fundamental questions, for all my friend i hope this short article will help to our team detect is this issue one of the problem our Malysian team feeble •
